HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
If you wish to take part in the rally, here is what to do to register :
► Fill out the entry form
If you do not have all the information at the time of signing up, you can complete your form at a later time.
► To validate your registration you have to send a down Payment of 1500€ per vehicle.
This payment has to be made by bank transfer to the order of HEROES LEGEND b.v. No registration will be confirmed before an initial payment has been received.
To get the special “early birds” fee, the downpayment has to sent latest, april 30th.

► Your registration must be completed with the following documents :
- photocopy of driving permit for each member of the team
- photocopy of the passport for each member of the team
- photocopy of the registration book and insurance for the motorcycle and for the car
Those Documents have to be sent latest on July 31th, 2013
► Paiement schedule:
- 1500€ per vehicle at the moment of registration
- 1500€ per vehicle to be paid June 1st 2013
- Balance + 900€ deposit (pay back after the rally), to be paid August 31st 2013
► Conditions of cancellation :
If for personal or business reasons you have to cancel your participation before the start, here below are the conditions :
You also have the possibility to subscribe a cancellation insurance to cover all your cost in case of problem if you have to cancel your participation for family or business reason. Documents to download
In case of cancellation before April 30th 2013, 30% of the sums paid will be retained for handling costs. From April 30 till July 30th, 50% of the sums paid will be retained for handling costs. After 30th July 2013, no reimbursement can be claimed.
