If you wish to take part in the adventure, here is what to do:

 Fill out the commitment form available on this site. If you do not have all the information at the time of signing up, you can complete your file at a later time.

 Payments must be made by cheque or bank transfer to the order of HEROES LEGEND b.v.
No registration will e confirmed before an initial payment has been received.

Payment in full for the teams must arrive the latest January 31st 2009.  

  Your registration must be completed later with the following:

• 2 identity photos per person
• photocopy of driving permit for each member of the team
• photocopy of the passport for each member of the team
• photocopy of the registration book for the motorcycle and for the car

Conditions on cancellation

• In case of cancellation before 1 January 2009, 50% of the sums paid will be retained for handling costs.
• After 1 January 2009, no reimbursement can be claimed.

 
In order to avoid any contestation, cancellations of applications for commitment and requests for refund must be made only by registered letter with advice of receipt.
